HOW TO SLEEP WELL
To avoid dirt and mosquitoes, keep your environment clean. With a clean room, a clean space, clean bedsheets, a clean pillowcase you have a peaceful sleep. I literally sleep so well the day I make my room clean, wash my clothes and bedsheets. I sleep like a baby. So sanitation day is a peaceful night rest day. Also, brush your mouth. You wouldn't like your mouth smelling unpleasant when you wake up in the morning. You have to brush your mouth before you sleep. Take a shower before getting on bed. Taking a shower is very important as the water washes away dirt, stress and refreshes. You can bath a warm, hot or cold water depending on the weather.
Sleep on a clean bedsheet. You probably won't feel comfortable or enjoy sleep on a stained bedsheet or a dirt filled one. So, wash your bedsheets and keep the bed clean. Make your bed when you get up in the morning. The bedroom should be for sleep only. No eating and chatting in the bedroom. To get a good sleep, you eat less at night. Eat easily digested food like rice, fruits or snacks.
Put off all technologies and social media. Keeping your data on may drain your battery and even your data. I remember when I slept off on chats and blogs. Gosh! It drains data. You wake up and realize your whole data is gone and you wonder if someone touched your phone. So when I keep my phone on, I sleep on many sites and articles. This is why I put it off instead.
Play a love song. Love song softens the heart. It is just like a lullaby. It softens the environment and soothe the soul. You sleep better with a love song.
Let go of all negativity and worries. This is why many people sleep late. So much thinking, so much problems, so much to worry about. Instead of thinking so much, write your worries in a journal.
Meditation and prayers helps you sleep well. When your body is relaxed and rested, you sleep well.
Avoid wearing tight and uncomfortable wears at night. Get a free night wear so you sleep well.
Disinfect the house from mosquitoes, flies, cockroach and cobweb. Have a peaceful night rest.
