Gratitude Day 10/24

Dear Diary, Saturday, 27th February 2021 1:55pm Nigerian Time Today, I am grateful to all those who come online to write. Not just write, they share their write-ups with the public. I am grateful to those who share their talent, gift and knowledge with others without demanding for money or data or friendship that might lead to something else. I am grateful to Dr. Thema on Twitter. She does her work so well. I am grateful to all those who rant and ensures everyone has a voice. I love you all Elizabeth Diaries ❤️

Gratitude Day 9/24

Dear Diary, Tuesday, 23rd February 2021 3:03pm Nigerian Time Today, I thank God for my writing skill. My life have had a meaning through writing. I began writing on Facebook then to blogger and back to Facebook. In 2015, I started blogging with a subdomain on blogger. I blog about my pains and passion until one day I forgot my then Gmail password, I couldn't log in anymore, then I called it quit. Writing has really transformed my life. I have built a little part of my life through writing. I have healed through writing. I have discovered myself and purpose through writing. My self-care and love was through writing. I have been judged and condemned but I write still because I know my healing lays there.

Dear Diary, Thursday, 18th February 2021 1: 48pm Nigerian Time Today I am utmost grateful to God for keeping me alive to witness my POP(Passing out parade) even though the parade wasn't observed due to wide spread of the pandemic. It is a thing of joy for me to pass out alongside my colleagues. I came, I saw and I conquered. It was a little stay, but today it seems like three years already in Bauchi State. I have a lot of good memories and wonderful stories to tell. Today is no such day. I am grateful for this opportunity of serving my father land. Long live NYSC! Long live Bauchi State! Long live Nigeria! Long live Elizabeth Diaries! ❤️

Gratitude Day 7/24

Dear Diary, Thursday, 11th February 2021 6:31pm Nigerian Time Today I am grateful for the present. I am grateful for now. I am grateful for who I am now and what my life turns out to be. I am grateful for love. The only thing that saves us from an insane and unsafe world. I am grateful for self-care. Self-care days are happy days. Days of rest, sleep and relaxation. Today, I have nothing to be grateful for, but to be thankful for the present and life in the present. Elizabeth Diaries ❤️

Gratitude Day 6/24

Dear Diary, Wednesday, 10th February 2021 10:17pm Nigerian Time Today I am grateful for the humans God placed in my life. Over my stay here in Bauchi State, I met a new girl, my friend. She is Igbo. She can't walk well. She can't talk too as a result of injury and shock sustained from an accident. Despite this, she is really nice. She makes hair, she makes my hair and I pay her. Also, she knit hair net and other clothing. I have known how to communicate with her using the sign language. I noticed that I understand her even more than I could ever imagined. She is extremely nice. I know when she is happy and when she is sad. She even cooked me noodles. So, I am grateful I met her and many other kind humans that life made me come across them.  Dear Diary, Thursday, 4th February 2021 12:37pm (Nigerian Time) Today I am grateful for peace. Since I began loving myself and showing myself compassion, I have known peace. Inner peace, the peace of mind that can't be bought with money. I have known calmness too. Today, I and my Community Development Service group (CDS) went on a tour to a school. We created awareness and orientation of FCCPC and consumers' right. Below are the photographs.  Elizabeth Diaries ❤️
