HOW TO START YOUR MORNING
Starting your morning in a healthy way gives you a happy day or a good ending. Developing healthy routines and habit changes your life for better. So, here is how you begin your morning.
WAKE UP EARLY
You feel so happy and better when you wake up early and do things early. I can't overemphasize the benefits of this. You get to see things yourself when you make waking up early a habit.
MEDITATE AND PRAY
Early morning meditation and prayers relaxes and clears your mind and even changes your mood for the new day. When you make it a habit, it stays with you.
MAKE YOUR BED
When you wake up, make your bed. Making your bed neat and tidy clears your mind and prepares your day. It gives a good mental state. Each time I make my bed, I feel so positive and productive through out the day.
DO CHORES
Wash the dishes, mop the floor, clean the toilet, wash your clothes and keep your environment and surroundings clean. Doing this will make your day a happy one. The joy and happiness of sleeping in a fresh and clean bedsheets feels so good. Tidy up everywhere and ensure everything is kept at their places. Fold your clothes, put them in an hanger or a bag. Just ensure everything is cleared. Clear or wash the dirty gutters to avoid mosquitoes and offensive smells. Water your plants or flowers if you have one.
TAKE A LIGHT FOOD THE NIGHT BEFORE
For your system to relax fully, eat light food at night. You sleep well and wake up on time.
SLEEP EARLY
To wake up early, you have to sleep early. Switch off all technologies, off all distractions and sleep.
