Contentment brings happiness.

Contentment fulfills.

Contentment makes you avoid unnecessary things.

Contentment less noise.

I love a simple life. I dislike noise so much. I usually do my things unheard and unnoticed. To me, it is really the best life ever because I don't stress my life pleasing people. People pleasing is one of the terrible act that frustrate people's lives. Wanting to be liked, wanting to be loved and surrounded by the crowd. Wanting to be like another, competing with friends, mates and colleagues. Doing things bigger than you to please another. This act really make humans bitter and frustrated when their expectations are not fulfilled. So I choose my life. I please myself first before anyone else. I love myself first before anyone else. And I strictly avoid noise.

Everyday Gratitude

 Today I am grateful for life. I am grateful for good health. I am grateful for peace. Just being happy without anything being responsible for it. I am grateful for all the things I have in my life. I am grateful for my friends and the good people I have around me. I am grateful for love. I haven't found one yet but I am grateful. I am grateful for slow living. Waking up everyday, not rushing over anything and just living. So far, the feeling is wonderful. And I learned to trust God through the frustrations, obstacles, fears, tears and rejections. In my life I have seen the power of God. This is why I keep myself for Him and stay faithful to Him. No matter who I turn out to be, I will be grateful to God. I have gone through a lot already but each day, I thank God that those obstacles, bitterness and frustrations never took my life. I kept living. Work is life, life is work. Work is fulfillment. Work saves us from depression, anxiety, frustrations of life, death and troubles. Also, it pays our bills. So a person who isn't working is a dead soul. Even though your parents are well to do or your brother, husband or whosoever is catering for you, it is good you have something doing. This is very necessary because at the end of the day, you see a housewife complaining about money and her husband's behaviours.
