Much happiness

 This evening, I got a gift from someone. And I am so happy, after I thought no one really cares about me. I got a chocolate cake and an ice cream. The gift was brought to me through my brother. I was surprised someone really thought of buying me something. I am really grateful. Though, I am shy, I feel I need to come out of my shell. Got to take pictures and fill my Diary with lovely pictures. I am not a photo freak but I am going to try my best. 

I want my Diary colourful. I want to look back and see that I have lived a life. Majority of my readers and audience are from United States and Germany. I want them feel happy reading me and seeing the smiles. I want to be open, genuine and authentic. I want to be real and me. I want to wake up everyday talking about myself and my life. Not a boring or caged one, but living as a free woman. I want to impact lives positively. I want to be more than Linda Ikeji. A Nigerian Blogger and Media Entrepreneur. I love her work though many see the negative aspect of her work rather than the positive. I want to love and love some more. I want to serve people and humanity through my work and in my best capacity. I want to be me.

Everyday Gratitude

 Today I am grateful for life. I am grateful for good health. I am grateful for peace. Just being happy without anything being responsible for it. I am grateful for all the things I have in my life. I am grateful for my friends and the good people I have around me. I am grateful for love. I haven't found one yet but I am grateful. I am grateful for slow living. Waking up everyday, not rushing over anything and just living. So far, the feeling is wonderful. And I learned to trust God through the frustrations, obstacles, fears, tears and rejections. In my life I have seen the power of God. This is why I keep myself for Him and stay faithful to Him. No matter who I turn out to be, I will be grateful to God. I have gone through a lot already but each day, I thank God that those obstacles, bitterness and frustrations never took my life. I kept living. Gubi Dam, Bauchi State

Dear Diary, 6:45pm Nigerian Time We also took a drive to Gubi Dam and water plant. A place where water are cleansed and stored. We were taken through the journey of water purification through the application of chemicals like Chlorine, Alum and the rest. The Gubi Dam is a very big dam meant for only the indigenes of the state.  I had an exciting time today. May the day break. Till some other time. Elizabeth Diaries ❤️
