Love Yourself
My self-care and therapy is about loving myself. I focus on myself. I care for myself. I look after myself. Everyday when I wake up, I say positive things to myself. I look into the mirror and see how beautiful I am. I drink a lot of water. I take enough rest and sleep. I meditate, I pray. I journal, I participate in fun activities. I focus on myself. I stay at my lane. I avoid noise and competition. This is how I love myself
