Cry the pains out
I cry to release pains. I don't get strong every time. I let myself drop down the tears. You know, taking everything inside and not releasing it out does a lot of harm to the body. You must find a way to give things out, through crying, writing, singing, drawing, painting, acting, talking or just by expressing yourself and who you are. You need a space to heal and be vulnerable. So, you have to cry. Feel the emotions and go through the pains.
