Dear Diary,

I am happy to be here today, not just being alive but feeling complete. I am glad that each passing day goes well. I haven't forgotten the Rosary and Our Mother of Perpetual help prayers so soon. Everyday, I see the effect of these prayers. Powerful and life changing. I see God performing His miracles in my family. I am grateful for all these things. I won't say my day was bad, for some days are good and other days are the best of the rest. I love and appreciate everyday of my life, truly time reveals all things and everything is for a purpose. I think there are certain things we shouldn't boast of. Our pride and our ego never gave it to us. When you wake up to see yourself complete, in good health and with a sound mind. When you wake up to a loving, peaceful and happy home, seeing your children, wife or husband happy. When you are able to feed yourself and others, having enough money in your bank account. Thank God, be grateful for these things. Don't go mocking others who are not privileged as you. Also, we all need experience to live in this world. You can't be having all good times all your life. It will be such a boring life. Pains, suffering, hardship, bad experiences makes life interesting and fun. Fall, stumble, embrace your pains, learn, move on. Have an experience. A life with no experience is a life of nothing. Love, live life and survive.

Everyday Gratitude

 Today I am grateful for life. I am grateful for good health. I am grateful for peace. Just being happy without anything being responsible for it. I am grateful for all the things I have in my life. I am grateful for my friends and the good people I have around me. I am grateful for love. I haven't found one yet but I am grateful. I am grateful for slow living. Waking up everyday, not rushing over anything and just living. So far, the feeling is wonderful. And I learned to trust God through the frustrations, obstacles, fears, tears and rejections. In my life I have seen the power of God. This is why I keep myself for Him and stay faithful to Him. No matter who I turn out to be, I will be grateful to God. I have gone through a lot already but each day, I thank God that those obstacles, bitterness and frustrations never took my life. I kept living. Work is life, life is work. Work is fulfillment. Work saves us from depression, anxiety, frustrations of life, death and troubles. Also, it pays our bills. So a person who isn't working is a dead soul. Even though your parents are well to do or your brother, husband or whosoever is catering for you, it is good you have something doing. This is very necessary because at the end of the day, you see a housewife complaining about money and her husband's behaviours. What happens when they person catering for you dies or in cases of accident or eventuality? Everyone was born with a purpose, a calling and dreams.
